Snowies:
Key Worker Staff: Becky, Robyn, Maisy and Mia 😊
In this room are a maximum of six children cared for by two members of staff. Every effort is made to follow each child’s individual routine including milk feeds and sleep patterns.
Key workers play an important role in liaising with parents on a regular basis to discuss their child’s development and needs.
Daily record charts inform parents on what their child has done throughout the day. Staff play and interact with the babies encouraging all areas of their development.
The Snowies group enjoy exploring using their senses and spending time outside in the garden learning about the world around them. This room is air-conditioned.
About the staff:
Becky has a Level 3 Diploma in Childcare. Becky is a full time member of staff. She has lots of experience working within nursery settings with ages 3 months - 4 years old.
Maisy is currently studying to gain her Level 3 Diploma in Childcare with the support of the Nursery. Maisy is a full time member of staff. Maisy has worked in previous day care settings and comes with lots of experience.
Mia has has a Level 3 Diploma in Childcare. Mia works part time in the afternoons, Mia has another job within a local pre-school alongside Barnowls.
Robyn has a Level 3 Diploma in Childcare. Robyn works full time but is currently on Maternity leave.
