SNOWIES: Room Leader – Debbie Gudgeon
In this room are a maximum of six children cared for by two members of staff. Every effort is made to follow each child’s individual routine including milk feeds and sleep patterns. Key workers play an important role in liaising with parents on a regular basis to discuss their child’s development and needs. Daily record charts inform parents on what their child has done throughout the day. Staff play and interact with the babies encouraging all areas of their development. The Snowies group enjoy exploring using their senses and spending time outside in the garden learning about the world around them. This room is air-conditioned.
