Barnowls Nursery Senior Management Team:

Claire Ryan: Nursery Manager

 

Claire gained her Level 3 Diploma in Nursery Nursing in July 1997 at Hemel Hempstead College. After leaving college Claire worked for six months in a nursery covering maternity leave, followed by a short period of nannying. In June 1998 Claire joined Barnowls as a Nursery Nurse, and has since worked her way up to become Nursery Manager. Claire is the Designated Safeguarding Lead.


Emma Rance: Deputy Manager   

 

Emma gained her Level 3 Diploma in Nursery Nursing in July 1999 at Hemel Hempstead College. Whilst studying at college Emma did her practical training at Barnowls Nursery resulting in her being offered full time employment at the end of her course. Emma joined Barnowls permanently in 1999 as a Nursery Nurse and has since become our SENCO and Deputy Manager. Emma also has Designated Safeguarding Lead training.

Nicole Crossley: Senior Practitioner 

 
    
Nicole gained her Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education in 2014. Nicole started working at Barnowls in 2015 as a Nursery Nurse and has since been promoted to Senior Practitioner.




Room Staff:


All staff have Paediatric First Aid Certification and Safeguarding Training.
